I was contacted to review 2 new Crackers flavors from Mary’s Gone Crackers. I have seen some of their products in the store but have not tasted them as of yet. My family raves about how great these Crackers are. I received no compensation other than product. All comments are my own.
I received the 2 new Cracker flavors, Super Seed and Hot & Spicy Jalapeño. Mary’s Gone Crackers are Organic, Gluten Free and Vegan. The other varieties of Crackers that Mary’s Gone Crackers makes are: Original Seed, Onion, Caraway, Black Pepper and Herb. But, they make much more than just Crackers! You can buy Cookies, Pretzels, Crumbs and even Gear! I had no idea they carried such a wide variety of products which all Gluten Free & Vegan.
A short introduction about Mary’s Gone Crackers is that at 43, Mary’s chiropractor figured out that she had celiac disease. She had been debilitated most of her life. She immediately went off of gluten and began baking all kinds of gluten-free goodies for her and her family. January 1, 1999 she knew they needed to market some of the products she was making and Mary’s Gone Crackers was born. Mary says “Our name, Mary’s Gone Crackers, is a perfect fit on many fronts: from the outside it looked like I’d gone a little mad. But from the inside, starting this company, which was a giant leap of faith, came from a place of inner calm.”
I loved the Super Seed Crackers! They are a nice size for dipping and they are very satisfying with their crunch and full grain & seed flavor. The Hot & Spicy Jalapeño Crackers were too hot for me. But, I am told I have whimpy taste buds and I’d die if I ever had to eat food from India. So if you like hot things, don’t let my critique stop you from tasting these Crackers. I plan to find some their other products to try such as their pretzels and crumbs.

I haven’t tried any of the Mary’s products yet…I don’t think I’ve seen them near me yet..but I would love to b/c I need to stay gluten-free
