Essential Oils For Not Feeling Well

Not Feeling Well

Essential Oils For Not Feeling Well

Not Feeling Well is something I try to avoid.  However, I have already been touched with a horrid chest virus, how about you?

Above All, be prepared in case you start not feeling well at your house! For Instance, have essential oils handy for helping difficult breathing, sinus pain or ear aches.

In this post, I’ll discuss 3 essential oils extremely helpful when you just don’t feel so well!

1. Eucalyptus.
For Instance, Eucalyptus is great for respiratory problems! It is my lifesaver for this horrid bug I got.  Not only does it smell great, but it’s a natural form of what we know as “Vicks”.

Furthermore, It’s a natural decongestant that aids in the treatment of sinus and respiratory problems. It reduces inflammation and helps open blocked nasal passages.  Similarly, I use it by breathing it deeply into my lungs, directly from the bottle!  I also rub it into my chest to help me breathe better.

2. Lavender.
In Addition, the great benefit to lavender essential oil is that it’s gentle enough to be used around kids (and grandkids) as well.  Also, I know when I don’t feel well, I don’t sleep well.  Therefore, putting a bit of lavender on my pillow or rubbed on my chest helps me relax and sleep better.

3. Breathe™
In Conclusion, doTERRA Breathe™ essential oil is enhanced with powerful respiratory benefits of Cardamom.  doTERRA Breathe™ is a proprietary blend that can be applied topically or diffused at nighttime, allowing for a restful sleep.

I use Breathe and Eucalyptus layered on my chest and sinuses saving me from having to take antibiotics!

**Keep in mind that this website and article are not intended to replace the medical advice of your doctor. Remember that getting enough rest and hydration can certainly aid in boosting your immune system and help to treat your symptoms.

You can buy any of these oils and more on my online site Life Essentially!

Doterra really helped me when I was having my house renovated to remove mold. I felt like there was mold in the air and felt better when I used Breathe. I don’t use it much now, I should use it more often.
