  1. That’s what I need to do, go on a high protein, low carb diet. I wish I lived with someone who new more about this stuff and could guide me through it. I just don’t have the time to look up recipes each night and I wouldn’t have the ingredients anyway. This recipe looks pretty simple though and sounds delicious.

  13. I’m a sucker for anything pumpkin! = ) My blender is kinda wimpy though, so I’m going to try it with a bit of ground cloves instead of the whole ones.

    1. Em, I’m sure the ground cloves will work just fine. I have a high power blender and use whole things most of the time and forget that others don’t have that kind of blender.

  14. Oh thanks for this Colleen. I’ve been so sick with Candida, I’ve lost 30lb because I have a hard time finding something to eat. This I think I can have. I just have to use a Stevia that doesn’t have maladextros in it and I think I would drink this every morning.

I showed her this recipe and we are going to buy everything and then make it at his house (because all of his cooking utensils are dedicated gluten free) I think he’ll really like this, and it looks like an easy treat.
