I appreciate the Real Raspberry Applesauce Gelatin recipe. I’ve been avoiding jello since it has so many additives and stuff I care not to eat but this recipe looks easy and from a dietitian, so I trust the source.

I’ve thought about trying a gluten free diet in our home. I am disabled and my meds have caused horrible stomach problems. I have heard trying to eat gluten free may help me. It is just getting the rest of the house to join in. Maybe with these dessert recipes they will be more willing.

I have a son in law very sensitive to gluten. He has been buying his desserts at a gluten free bakery once a month or so. I felt SO bad, because I could have been baking for him all along. Thanks for these recipes. I’m gonna try the peanut butter chocolate swirl fudge first. Then maybe the pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving!
