Essential Oils You NEED For Not Feeling Well
Well I have already been touched this fall with a horrid respiratory condition, how about you? It’s important now more than ever to be prepared in case YOU start not feeling well at your house! Essential oils can be extremely handy in aiding with problems breathing, sinus pain, ear aches and lessening your symptoms. In this article, I’ll discuss the 3 essential oils you need for this time of year when you can sometimes just not feel so well (and the rest of the year) to help you feel better in no time!
Eucalyptus is one of those essential oils you need for respiratory problems and the rest of the year too! It was my lifesaver for this horrid bug I got. Not only does it smell great, but it’s a more natural form of what we know as “Vicks”, essentially. It’s a natural decongestant making it great for aiding the treatment of sinus problems and respiratory problems. It can help with reducing inflammation and opening blocked nasal passages. This is absolutely one of the essential oils we need this year, so make sure to grab it ASAP! I used it by simply breathing it deeply into my lungs from breathing directly from the bottle! You can also rub it into your chest, which I did too.
Lavender oil has many uses in the world of essential oils, but it’s great for using when we aren’t feeling well too! The great benefit to lavender essential oil is that it’s gentle enough to be used around kids (and grandkids) as well, making it an easy essential oil kids will love as well. I know when I don’t feel well, I don’t sleep well and putting a bit of lavender on my pillow or rubbed on my chest can help me relax and sleep better.
This essential oil is enhanced with the powerful respiratory benefits of Cardamom. doTERRA Breathe™ is a remarkable blend of essential oils and makes me feel much easier when I breathe.
