Have you noticed that you are seeing more recipes for Breakfast Desserts?   I thought I would share a recipe for Breakfast Dessert No Bake Power Balls that my DIL makes!  They indeed are all you need for Breakfast Dessert or Snacks!   Clean and Healthy and they don’t last long when they are made.   And they keep you energized until you need your next meal.   These are so easy to make and NO Bake!

You might want to check around within the popular ones for other Breakfast Desserts online – I saw this Gluten-Free Pancake Parfait with Blueberries and Yogurt which looks very yummy.   It’s fun to find recipes that can be used for both Breakfast and/or Dessert!   I’ll be posting a few more in the future so stay tuned.

Breakfast Dessert No Bake Power Balls

I thought I would share a recipe for Breakfast Dessert Power Balls that my DIL makes!  They indeed are all you need for Breakfast Dessert or Snacks!   Clean and Healthy and they don't last long when they are made.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup oats can be quick oats
  • 2/3 cup toasted coconut
  • ½ cup ground flax
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips - Enjoy Life is what I use they are dairy free.

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • Shape into balls.
  • Let set on waxed paper to firm up. Store in covered container on the shelf. Lasts 4 days without refrigeration.
  • Makes about 15 balls.
