Seasoned Cauliflower Steaks

Seasoned Cauliflower Steaks

This recipe for Seasoned Cauliflower Steaks is a light and clean side dish for a main meal.

Ingredients

  • Half of a Cauliflower
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Parsley
  • Seasoned Salt
  • Olive Oil - EVOO

Instructions

  • Slice your cauliflower long ways to make large flat slices of it.
  • Place on a pan and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle your seasonings over the top of the steaks.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes or until soft.
