So What’s all the Fuss About Jackfruit? Jackfruit is certainly a clean eating, plant based protein!  Jackfruit is a sweet, delicious, exotic fruit that is packed with nutrients and provides numerous benefits.

It is a rich source of vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, electrolytes, phytonutrients, fiber, fat and protein. With all of its amazing benefits, jackfruit is something you should be adding to your daily diet!

There are companies that are making vegan protein substitutes using only Jackfruit. I have tasted the BBQ Jackfruit and it is amazingly very tasty!  Who would think a fruit would be used for a protein?  However, there is much more that Jackfruit is good for besides protein!

    Wow, for a fruit I have never heard of, it sure has a lot of wonderful benefits. I would love to try it. I see Amazon sells it in the can. I am definitely going to look more into this
