Ok in keeping with our clean eating, we have a great smoothie for you!  Have you been looking for a healthy yet fancy Valentines Day drink?   I have a fun non alcoholic recipe for a Sparkling Strawberry Smoothie for you.  Doesn’t that sound yummy and healthy?  This recipe is dairy free and gluten free, good for you and easy to make.   If you like a little fizz in your drink, you will love this smoothie recipe.

Sparkling Strawberry Smoothie

So a little trivia about strawberries from Organicfacts.net:

Sparkling Strawberry Smoothie

 I have a fun non alcoholic recipe for a Sparkling Strawberry Smoothie for you.  Doesn't that sound yummy and healthy?  This recipe is dairy free and gluten free, good for you and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 8 Ounces Sparkling Water
  • 10 Pieces of Ice
  • 10 Strawberries
  • 1 Tablespoon Almond Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey

Instructions

  • Add sparkling water, ice, strawberries, almond milk, and honey to blender.
  • Blend on high.
  • Bend until texture is smooth.
  • Garnish with strawberries.
