Peachy Pear Sorbet Dairy & Gluten Free

I don’t know about you but one thing I really miss about going Dairy Free are frozen desserts such as Ice Cream! There are some good Dairy Free substitutes but I miss the smoothness of the cream.  Crave no more, here is a Peachy Pear Sorbet which is both dairy and gluten free!  It is very creamy indeed and the thought of peaches makes my mouth pucker! Taming the peaches with pears is a wonderful use of the combination of fruits.   This could be made vegan by substituting another sweetener for the honey!
