Peachy Pear Sorbet Dairy & Gluten Free
I don't know about you but one thing I really miss about going Dairy Free are frozen desserts such as Ice Cream! Crave no more, here is a Peachy Pear Sorbet which is both dairy and gluten free! It is very creamy indeed

- 1 can Peaches Lite Syrup
- 1 can Pear Lite Syrup
- 1/2 cup Cranberry Juice scant 1/2 cup
- 2 Tbsp Honey Agave or Maple Syrup may be substituted
Freeze Peaches and Pears the night before. (Do not freeze in cans but Drain the fruit and empty fruit only into plastic bowl or baggie to freeze)
When ready to make your sorbet, remove the peaches and pears from the freezer.
Combine Peaches and Pears in Blender.
Add Juice and Honey.
Blend until Smooth.
Serve immediately or freeze remaining sorbet.
