Dairy-Free and Gluten-Free

Gluten Free for Life: Pantry and Freezer Staples

DAIRY-FREE  GLUTEN-FREE PANTRY AND FREEZER STAPLES

Many are asking what I have in my pantry cupboards & freezer.  I probably have much like you do except they are gluten free or dairy free.  But I will share with you what is in my dry pantry and freezer, all are organic if I have a choice.  The photo below is just a couple of my pantry cupboards.  I have tons of spices which take up 3 large shelves.

I prefer to make my own bread even if it comes from a mix.   I pick my own fruit and freeze it.  I try to use mostly veggies I grow and freeze.  You could easily purchase fruit and veggies at the summer farmers markets and freeze some for the winter time.   Companies I purchase products a lot from are: Bob’s Red Mill, Beyond Meat, Butler’s, Montana Gluten Free, Enjoy Life and The Pure Pantry.

  1. This list helps with my pantry organization. I just cook for myself so often don’t have too much on hand with which to work. I need to stock up!

  2. I have a few items in your pantry, but not nearly enough. That’s because I don’t really cook. If only I could grow my own vegetables and freeze them, what a fantastic idea. In the summer and fall there are a few stands out and about that sell home-grown vegetables, which is nice.

    1. @RealCouponDiva… well I don’t buy it all every week 🙂 But try to have it all available. And it’s what we eat here…your list will be made to suit you 🙂
