Vegan Gingerbread Latte

This Vegan Gingerbread Latte is a great way to start your day, or as a special treat after dinner. This recipe again uses a blender to help “froth” the drink.   I only recommend the Blendtec Blender and you can buy one HERE!

What is a Latte?

A latte, is a creamy coffee drink made with one or two shots of rich espresso combined with steamed milk and topped with a light layer of froth. This smooth and milky beverage is perfect for those who enjoy a milder coffee flavor.

MY Latte is Gluten & Dairy Free using almond and coconut milk.   Latte’s can have any flavoring.  This one uses spices used to flavor gingerbread.  j

You can also have pumpkin spice, chai, carmel or just about any other flavor you like for a Latte.  I myself do not like coffee so I have them leave out the coffee  when making my Latte and have my plant milk mixed with luscious flavors…heated of course, especially in the fall and winter.

  1. Looks good, and definitely better than the overpriced coffee ships which just use a flavored syrup. I would probably add a little nutmeg too. Yum.

  2. OMG! I’ve always wanted to try a gingerbread latte and this looks absolutely delicious! I love that you add real molasses to this recipe…I can’t wait to make this for the Holiday season!
