I have been doing smoothies for a long time now and just am starting to add spinach to my smoothies. It’s hard to overcome the fact that I’m drinking spinach but it really doesn’t change the taste of the smoothies like you said! I think it would just be easier for me to drink them if someone else made them and handed them to me so I didn’t know what was in it! Haha!

I’m always looking for ways to “sneak the healthy stuff in” for my two sons. Thinking this just might work. veggies disguised by fruit in a smoothie. Crafty. I like it. Thanks for sharing. 🙂

I am always hesitant to put veggies in my smoothies. I have added carrots and beets, but no greens. I enjoyed reading this and I really want to start incorporating more greens into my smoothies!! Thank you so much for sharing all your ideas with us!

I have heard it is healthier to eat, rather than drink your vegies. That it is better on digestion and how your system works to break it down. I’m curious about juicing but I am not sure I would like it and the machine I bought would just become another “shelf sitter” How do you get into the habit?

I’ve been wanting to try juicing for a while but I am so afraid that I won’t like it. I love veggies though guess it’s just a mental block. And up until about a year ago I had never heard of Celiacs Disease. It seems so common now. Thank you for your informative Blogs, they help people like me learn new ways of life.
