15 Bean Soup is one of my favorite slow cooker recipes. Add a loaf of GF Toasted Oat Bread to go with your Soup! This is a great recipe for a great traditional bean soup.
It is that time of the year when you smell a Soup in a Slow Cooker around my house! It seems like the flavors have so much time to marry that the end results are just yummy. Using a Crockpot or a Slow Cooker is the easiest way to make a meal and I’m all for easy!
Vegan Slow Cooker 15 Bean Soup Recipe
15 Bean Soup
A tasty slow cooker bean soup
Servings: 6 servings
Calories: 292kcal
Ingredients
- 1 bag of 15 Bean Soup Mix Discard ham seasoning packet
- 1 large Sweet Vidalia Onion chopped.
- 4 cloves garlic or 4 tsp Minced Garlic
- 2 Quarts Vegetable Broth
- 1 Tsp Cajun Seasoning
- 1 Tsp Cumin
- 1 Tsp Paprika
- 3 Carrots sliced in 1/4 inch circles
- 3 stalks of Celery chopped
- 1 can of Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Soak Beans in 4 Quarts of Water overnight.
- Drain and Rinse Beans.
- Combine all ingredients in Slow Cooker
- Cook on Low for 7-9 hours.

I like bean soup but it has to have meat in it. This sounds like a pretty good recipe. I’ve never tried to make soup before.
