I come from German heritage. ALL our meals consisted of some sort of Dairy! From cream, milk, sour cream, cheeses and cottage cheese . My mom cooked old German favorites like Kuchen! YUM! Home-made with prunes spread on top of sweet dough with a sour cream, sugar & egg mixture baked. Needless to say from my preteens I had gut problems and when I was diagnosed as an adult – they also found I did not tolerate Gluten. I had to change to meals free from Gluten and Dairy. Come along with me and see how I did it.
