Birthday Cake Popcorn
This Birthday Cake is gluten free and dairy free! It uses coconut oil, marshmallows and gluten free cake mix of your choice! Add a few sprinkles of your choosing ( red white and blue would be perfect for the 4th of July or any patriotic event ) and you have a great snack for any occasion not just birthdays.

Ingredients
- 6 cups popped popcorn
- 3 cups marshmallows
- 2 tbs coconut oil
- 1 cup gluten free cake mix
- Funfetti sprinkles
Instructions
- Spread popcorn out on a sheet removing any seeds.
- In a small sauce pan pour coconut oil and add in marshmallows.
- Stir until marshmallows are melted.
- Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and cake mix. stir until there is no clumps.
- Pour over your popcorn and stir to coat all the popcorn.
- Add on funfetti sprinkles.
- Serve and enjoy.
