I know it says it is February but many places are getting snowed under this weekend!   I am heading back to Alaska also and expect to get ice & snow.  Stay warm and safe everyone.  I have a total L hip scheduled for March!   I will be making easy stuff like sandwiches!    My son is coming to stay with me to help, so between he and my husband they will be able to work up some great meals.  Maybe not the kind I would but I always enjoy their cooking.
