I am a fan of Rudi’s breads!  Here in Alaska it is a hit and miss thing if I can find their products in the freezer section.   Their bread holds up so well and is so tasty!  I love making all kinds of sandwiches with them, and plain toast.  And I also whiz them in a food processor for bread crumbs.

Rudi’s sent me their NEW Gluten Free Tortillas to Sample and Review.  These are also VEGAN!   I received 3 bags of Tortillas:  Fiesta, Spinach and Plain.

I use tortillas in many different ways.  But the traditional way of course is to roll them up as a burrito.  I like them layered in casseroles too.  I love them with eggs in the morning.  How do you like to use Tortillas?

  1. ALL 3 varieties rolled well and didn’t flake or crack for me.  That was a huge plus!  I liked the flavors of all 3!
  2. The Fiesta had just a hint, not overpowering at all, of a salsa theme.   Yummy with beans and fixin’s.
  3. The spinach did indeed taste slightly of spinach… I really liked that you could taste the flavors.
  4. The plain tortilla was very creamy and mild tasting and I will use it in casserole dishes as well as with breakfast eggs!

Rudi’s is offering a fun giveaway!  One of my lucky readers will be the winner of two (2) product coupons and a Rudi’s t-shirt!
