  1. I will stop snacking so late at night…. for starters. Then I will get back into my workouts. I must because all this Holiday eating!

  2. I already do a lot to try to be healthy, but this year my goal is to run a 10K (I run two 5Ks a year so that shouldn’t be too hard, right?).

  3. this year the things i am doing to better my health would be taking care of my body and starting a new weight loss program and also staying positive becaues if you are stress freee it helps your health

  4. I am going to eat much healthier and actually start to work out vs. just saying that this year is the year I am going to start working out again.

  5. I couldn’t wait for the new year….I quit smoking cigarettes December 1st. I am SOOOOO PROUD OF SOME ME!!! I will continue to NOT SMOKE ever again! Next year–I have to give up my COCA COLA!! I love it–but the sugar is so bad for me 🙂

  6. I am going to start participating more actively in some of my favorite types of exercise, such as cardio kickboxing and strength training. I have allowed myself to become lax toward exercising and need to remedy this again.

  7. I plan to start walking in the coming year. I don’t get nearly enough exercise. And I plan to start integrating more clean foods into my diet and gradually weeding out the processed foods.

  8. I’ve recently taken up zumba, and want to pursue it more in the new year. It’s a fun way to get more exercise!

  9. I am already gluten free and dairy free. I have just started to cut out processed sugar, instead optiong for palm sugar etc and my resolutioni is to get there completely and health willing get more exercise in.

  10. To improve my health I have decided to cut down on the sugary drinks I love and to walk at least three times a week.

  11. i am going to start walking more. Dr says i have to strengthen my legs since my esophagus cancer. Im malnourished and underwgt now. i was 299 lbs but lost over 180 lbs. 🙂 cancer free now but need to get healthier

  12. It’s not really a new thing, but something I haven’t done in a while. I’d like to start walking around the neighborhood on a regular basis to be more active.

  13. going for more walks! i’m having my first baby this January so I want to be active both to get back in shape and to eventually as he gets older teach him to also be active and make healthy choices 🙂

  14. I am going to attempt to eat better and give up gluten as my doctor suggested several months ago. I tend to procrastinate. 🙂

  15. We will continue progress on eating mostly whole foods cooked at home for health. Maybe this year I will get bread baking down.

  16. Two weeks ago I cut out all sugar and junk foods. I am drinking water and walking. Lost 12 pounds already!

  17. I’m going to down on drinking so much coffee and and increase the amount of fresh fruits and vegetables in my diet.

  18. I will try to control my stress as my husband’s health is the fore front. He is battling a rare, aggressive form of cancer and I need to be health and strong to be there for him.

  19. I am going to get to the gym more often! I actually did well with that for most of this year, but have been lazy since fall started, so back in the saddle for me in 2015.

  20. i think im going to try to tighten up my old lady flab, i have lost some wieght and now im kind of flabbaliciuos.

  22. I am trying to incorporate some type of meal plan into my diet. I am doing this because without it, I do not discipline myself. I am also going to the gym 3 days a week!

  24. My work is offering free gym membership for its employees. I plan to join the gym in January, and figure that the motivation to get there will be the anticipation of soaking in a luxurious hot tub after a rigorous workout! 🙂

  25. I am going to eat better. I’m trying to cut out processed food. And I really need to drink more water!

  26. Started juicing with my nutribullet. ….being diabetic i find it much easier to drink all veggies mixed with a few fruits!!!

  27. I am going to stick to a much lower carb diet to help gain better control of my diabetes and also start working out more.
