Powerful PALEO Superfoods Review

I really didn’t have a good grip on what PALEO eating involves. I’ve always thought you could only eat meat and berries. I am not into that much meat so never really looking into a PALEO lifestyle. This book has been very helpful in breaking down what is included in eating PALEO.  More types of food are allowed than I thought.  The book breaks down into chapters what foods are included in Paleo eating and then breaks it down further and gives detailed information of the individual foods in that chapter.

Chapter Divisions:

Chapter 1:  Super Proteins
Chapter 2:  Super Greens
Chapter 3:  Super Vegetables and Roots
Chapter 4:  Super Fruits
Chapter 5:  Super Fats
Chapter 6:  Super Herbs and Spices

  1. I like how natural Paleo is. With all the processed foods and diseases around us, we need to return to the basics!
