I have a lovely recipe for cinnamon ice cream that is perfect with pie. And it is apple picking season…so I’m sure that is what I’d need to make first. A Kitchen Aid mixer really is indespensible for gluten free baking.

I am looking forward to making LCBO’s Sticky Pecan and Date Buns from their Holiday 2008 Food & Drink Magazine. I did it twice a few years ago, but it’s a two day process. I changed to gluten free flour after being diagnosed with allergies. I’ve baked cakes with gluten free flour but, haven’t made bread recipes. I’d be happy to post how it goes with the Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer as I do with other food I make at home. Thank you for this chance to work with a dedicated stand mixer.
