  1. This sounds like fun! I’ve been having mostly vegetarian meals and sometimes feel like I do better. It would make a great gift, too!

  2. I really like bowl meals. You would think they’d be easy to throw together, but I’ve had some in restaurants that were practically swimming in sauce. Also, some of the ones that I’ve put together did not work out. Glad the online class is available.

  3. We took a great hands-on vegan, gluten-free class at the Stanford Inn in Mendocino! It was just me and my husband.
