Get Your FREE Gluten-Free Books

I have a deal for you thanks to the Celiac Disease Center at Columbia University!

Have you been told that you have to avoid gluten products?  Have you been told that you have to eat gluten-free?   Have you been told you are gluten intolerant or have Celiac Disease?

I came across a handy little 5 1/2 x 3 1/2 hard spiral bound book called “The Ultimate Guide to Gluten-Free Living” put out by the Celiac Disease Center at Columbia University.  I got this great little book when I attended the Gluten-Free Expo in Phoenix in 2013.   I thought if I talked to the office at Columbia University maybe they would offer a few free to my readers because this has been such a helpful guide for me when I was beginning my gluten-free journey.

I talked with Cynthia Beckman, Director of Development at Celiac Disease Center at Columbia University and what she told me was fabulous! She said they provide educational packets free of charge–to anyone who requests one from them.  They update the materials every year.  Anyone that wants to get their educational packet can do so by emailing Cynthia their contact information.  WAHOO for YOU.

  2. I haven’t been told I am. I suspect I may be sensitive to gluten. I have a lot of issues when I eat certain foods.
