I have tried soy and chia seeds
To be honest I haven’t tried any plant-based protein mixes yet
I like seeds and nuts, which are a great source of protein!
I have never tried any plant based proteins.

This is a very good plant based protein not using soy.
i use chia seeds all the time in yogurt, salads and drinks. i also like to use soy and spirulina.
Hi Kelli – yes chia seeds are great. I like that they are ground up in this product
I don’t like the little balls that chia seeds give when used whole 
This product also has spirulina. I really like it.
