I Love the Warm feeling of everyone getting together to celebrate LIFE. It is truely the miracle Day of the Year. Thinking of all the wonderful happenings gives me goosebumps.
I LOVE the holiday music & decorations, the wonderful aroma of delicious food cooking & baking, and all the laughter of people as they get together & have a good time.
holidays can be bittersweet…sometimes there are empty spaces where loved ones used to be, hosting can be a lot of work and most of us can’t afford what we spend on our loved ones, but do it anyway. but overall, it’s about family and love. i can’t wait.
Best thing about the Holidays- allowing myself to splurge on my diet- counting calories can wait until AFTER the New Year.
The food is definitely a plus, but I really like the feeling of closeness around the holidays.
