  1. Favorite dinner recipe (lately) is my Broccoli Cheddar Soup. It’s not vegan and I would LOVE to find a version that was!

  2. Parmesan-Crusted Chicken – Mix 1 part mayo with 2 parts bread crumbs and 1 part parmesan. Spread on top of boneless, skinless chicken breasts and bake in an oven until done!

  3. I love trying new recipes but my new favorites are meals in a packet. You put all your ingredients in individual foil packets and bake them.

  4. A chicken casserole I make. It’s really easy and only requires 5 ingredients, 1 large can Cream Chicken soup, 1 small can Cream of Mushroom soup, 2 cans Crescent Rolls, shredded cheese, and 1 1/2 lb. Boneless Skinless Chicken..

  5. Beef stew is one of my favorites. It’s hearty and easy to prepare. And, best of all, everyone in the family loves it.

  6. We make pizza pie – crescent roll in the bottom of the Pampered Chef pie dish. Cook about 1 1/2 lbs of hamburger in their microcooker then add a small can of pizza sauce. Spoon into dish and cover with pizza cheese. Bake at 350 until the crescent is golden brown.

  7. We love to play around with taco recipes 🙂 We add different toppings and use different fillings depending on what is on sale/what we are in the mood for.

  8. newest one is Black Bean Soup…so easy.
    2 cans of black beans
    1 can of drained corn (we like the shoepeg)
    1 cup salsa…fresh is best
    1 1/2 to 2 cups stock (we use the better than boullion veggie)

    heat up and serve

  9. Loaded Baked Potato Chowder. Am always up for a good loaded baked potato, either in potato form or chowder/soup form.

  10. Our super-fav dinner recipe is Roasted Chicken with Roasted Sweet Potatoes/Yams/Onion. Super simple, super healthy and SUPER delicious!
