I had the opportunity to sample some of Newman’s Own Organic products recently. The company sent out different products to a few bloggers to review. My family helped me out since many of the products did have gluten. Stay tuned because Newman’s Own carries a nice variety of Gluten-Free products which I will be highlighting in the future. All comments are my own unless noted. The following photo is what I personally received to review!
We were asked to share our favorite 4 items.
#1 Newman-O’s
Since I did have the help from family I will start with their choice which is Newman-O’s in all flavors! My daughter in law loves mint so she does favor that of the 3 flavors, and her exact words are: “They were really good and tasted just like oreos, except you know they’re better for you because of the organic ingredients.” Yup we love those organic ingredients.
#2 Newman’s Own Organics – Mints!
My favorite is the Cinnamon Mints. The smell alone makes me want to eat the whole box! I love that these mints only have 3 ingredients: Organic Sugar, Organic Corn Syrup Solids and flavoring. Pretty natural and yummy.
#3 Newman’s Own Organics – Dried Fruit
We sampled the Apricots and the Berry Blend. I love them both! The berry blend has cranberries, cherries, raisins and blueberries and it is such a wonderful blend of flavors in my mouth! YUM for snacks. I also love the Apricots but I am not one to eat just dried apricots. I plan to use them in a pastry topping after I re-hydrate them.
#4 Newman’s Own Organics – Family Recipe Cookies
My husband gobbled these up. He loved them. He loves oatmeal and their Oatmeal Chocolate Chip seemed to be just the right blend of flavors for him.

I don’t know. I haven’t tried them yet. I love Newman products in general b/c of they use their profits to help support good causes.
