Ingredients

  • 1 bag of 15 Bean Soup Mix Discard ham seasoning packet
  • 1 large Sweet Vidalia Onion chopped.
  • 4 cloves garlic or 4 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 Quarts Vegetable Broth
  • 1 Tsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 Tsp Cumin
  • 1 Tsp Paprika
  • 3 Carrots sliced in 1/4 inch circles
  • 3 stalks of Celery chopped
  • 1 can of Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  • Soak Beans in 4 Quarts of Water overnight.
  • Drain and Rinse Beans.
  • Combine all ingredients in Slow Cooker
  • Cook on Low for 7-9 hours.
