- 2 cups gluten free flour mix
- 2/3 to 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1- 2/3 - 1-3/4 cup pure natural cane sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum
- 3/4 cup 1-1/2 sticks vegan margarine or coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1-1/3 cup water
Blend liquids until smooth then add dry ingredients and blend.
Pour into 9" pan and Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
Cool and serve with your favorite topping.
