- 1 1/2 cup cooked lentils
- 1 cup soymilk
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 1/2 cup pecan meal I grind the pecans in a food processor or blender
- 1 tsp garlic powder I like to use chopped fresh garlic
- 1 1/2 cup cornflakes slightly hand crushed
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl
Transfer ingredients into an oiled casserole dish
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
We like it served topped with ketchup but your favorite gravy or BBQ sauce would be yummy too
