Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Salmon filets 2 nice pieces
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Onion
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Pepper; freshly ground
  • 3/4 teaspooons Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne
  • 3/4 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Olive oil

Instructions

  • Combine all seasoning ingredients and spread over the surface of the salmon.
  • Bake (skin-side down) in a 350 F oven for 20 - 30 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon.
  • If you're grilling it, do so over high heat for 10 - 15 minutes depending on thickness.
  • Do NOT turn the salmon over, keep it with skin side down either in the oven or grilled.
  • Salmon will flake slightly in the center when done. Serve with drippings from the sauce you cooked the salmon in with a side of rice or gluten free noodles.
