Ingredients

  • 1 cup sorgham flour
  • 1 1/2 cup almond flour/meal
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup sunflower oil
  • 3 eggs organic
  • 1 cup honey or maple syrup I used maple syrup
  • 1/8 cup minced fresh ginger
  • 1/8 cup matcha green tea
  • 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips I use Enjoy Life
  • 1/3 cup White Chocolate Wonderful Peanut Butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Grease 11 x 7 inch baking dish
  • Mix in large bowl all the ingredients starting with liquid then adding dry. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  • Bake covered for 20 minutes and then uncover the last 10 minutes.
  • Brownies are done when knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Cool in baking dish 1 hour then cut into bars or serving sizes and ENJOY!
