Ingredients

zucchini diced

onion minced

garlic minced

fresh tomatoes diced

fresh basil chopped

halibut steaks - or other white fish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray a baking dish with oil.
Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat and stir in zucchini, onion, and garlic.
Cook and stir 5 minutes until tender. Remove saucepan from heat and mix in tomatoes, basil, salt, and pepper.
Arrange halibut in a single layer in baking dish. Spoon equal amounts of the zucchini mixture over each steak.
Bake 15 minutes in the hot oven or until fish flakes easily.
