Ingredients

  • 1 cup cilantro leaves
  • 2 Tbsp sriracha sauce Thai chili sauce
  • 1 ½ Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp peanut oil
  • 4 Alaska salmon steaks or fillets 6-8 oz each
  • Sea salt to taste

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a mini food processor or coffee grinder, combine cilantro, Sriracha sauce, lime juice, and peanut oil.
  • Place salmon portions on a spray-coated cooking pan; season with sea salt.
  • Spoon and spread cilantro mixture onto the salmon.
  • Bake salmon for 15-20 minutes or until fish is opaque throughout.
  • Serve with your favorite salad and bread.
