1cupcilantro leaves
2Tbspsriracha sauceThai chili sauce
1 ½Tbspfresh lime juice
1Tbsppeanut oil
4Alaska salmon steaks or fillets6-8 oz each

Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
In a mini food processor or coffee grinder, combine cilantro, Sriracha sauce, lime juice, and peanut oil.
Place salmon portions on a spray-coated cooking pan; season with sea salt.
Spoon and spread cilantro mixture onto the salmon.
Bake salmon for 15-20 minutes or until fish is opaque throughout.
