Ingredients

  • 6 oz Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Vegan, Kosher White Melting Chocolate
  • 1 pack Gluten and Dairy Free Oreo Chocolate Cookies Trader Joes has some
  • 2 oz White Frosting gluten and dairy free
  • red food coloring

Instructions

  • Begin by putting your oreo chocolate cookies on a stick. You could just as easily make them with a stick handle.
  • If you use a stick make sure the stick isn’t overly long so cut it if need be.
  • Next, melt your White non dairy chocolate in a small bowl. You can use the microwave or stove top then follow the directions on the package of melting chocolate.
  • Hold the cookie on a stick over the bowl of chocolate and spoon melted white chocolate all over the cookie until it is completely covered.
  • OR if you are not using a stick, jut put your oreo cookies on a cookie sheet that is waxed and spoon the melted white chocolate on the cookie, turn cookie over and repeat.
  • Then lay them on the pan covered in wax paper and put them in the refrigerator when finished with the white frosting so they can harden and dry.
  • Do this for as many cookies as desired. The amount of chocolate and frosting you will need depends on how many cookies you choose to do.
  • Place in fridge to chill for about an hour.
  • Take a bit of your white frosting and add coloring to make it red frosting.
  • Put it in the microwave for just a few seconds or until it’s runny melted.
  • Once the chocolate covering the cookies has dried completely in the fridge, take a spoon and drizzle them with the melted red frosting and then place in the fridge to chill for another hour.

Notes

You could also use pre made red cookie frosting that is in the cookie aisle.
