Pumpkin Pie Mix

So Delicious Pumpkin Spice Coconut Beverage

vanilla

olive oil
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients listed above
Pour 1/2 cup onto pancake griddle ( 3 pancakes fit perfectly )
Use spoon to spread the mix around so it is very thin on the griddle
Cook until little bubble come up in the middle then flip and brown lightly
Serve with your favorite topping
