Ingredients

  • 2 cups organic sugar
  • ½ cup non dairy milk of your choice almond, soy, rice, etc
  • 3 Tbsp cocoa
  • ¼ lb non-dairy margarine
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup peanut butter can use sunflower butter
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 3 cups Quick Cooking Oatmeal gluten-free

Instructions

  • Cook the sugar, milk, cocoa and margarine in a saucepan to a rolling boil, stirring continually for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Mix well and drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper; let harden
  • Then enjoy!
