Ingredients

  • 12 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup vinegar
  • 5 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp ground pepper
  • ½ Tbsp mustard seeds
  • ½ Tbsp onion powder
  • ½ Tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp chopped garlic
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Liquid smoke or smoked salt to taste
  • Seasoned salt

Instructions

  • Mix all together in slow cooker, cook on low 6-8 hours.
  • Serve over rice
