Ingredients
3large sweet potatoes
4Tbspolive oil
3Tbspbrown sugar
1Tbspfresh rosemary chopped
½tspkosher salt
¼tspblack pepper
½tsppaprika
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400.
Peel and cut sweet potatoes into ½ inch cubes.
Mix all other ingredients.
Put potatoes in a plastic bag. Add other ingredients and mix well to coat.
Spread out in single layer on a sheet pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are soft when pierced with a fork.
