I love to have comforting warm drinks, like this Maple Latte, beginning this time of year.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup really hot water
  • 2 tablespoons instant espresso powder
  • 2-4 tablespoons pure maple syrup depending on how sweet you would like it to be
  • 1-2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • ½ cup of creamer we use an almond cashew blend, its super thick and works perfectly but any non dairy creamer would work.

Instructions

  • Carefully add all of the ingredients into a blender and then turn on to medium high for about 20 seconds. The higher the speed, the more perfect foamy frothiness you’ll have. 

Pour the tasty maple latte into your favorite mug, heat in microwave if needed and sip away.
