When things get really hectic, it's nice to pull out an easy one dish recipe for dinner.   If you have been hosting parties, having company or just want an easy meal, this Chicken Chili Dinner is clean and Dairy-free, Gluten-free.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs of Organic Chicken
  • 2-3 Tablespoons Chili Powder
  • 2 Tomatoes Chopped
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cayenne Pepper

Instructions

  • Chop your chicken into small chunks and place in frying pan along with your cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and salt.
  • Once your chicken is finished, place your tomatoes, onion, more salt, chili powder, pepper, and more cayenne pepper, into a big pot.
  • Cook until boiling then reduce heat and let simmer for 30-45 minutes.
