- 1/2 Cup Cashews Raw
- 2 Cups Coconut Milk Full Fat
- 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg ground
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon ground
- 1/4 tsp Allspice ground
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
- Nutmeg whole
Soak the cashews in water, overnight. Or soak them in boiling water for 1 hour. Drain the cashews.Combine the cashews, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg and the coconut milk in a blender. Blend until smooth.Let it chill in the fridge for 2 hours.Serve with a sprinkle of freshly grated nutmeg (ground nutmeg works too) and a cinnamon stick.
