Ingredients

tofu
I found using gluten free bread crumbs it needed more moisture so I would increase it to almost 3/4 cup tofu if you are gluten-free

gluten free bread crumbs

ground pecans

chopped onions

Tbs
Gluten Free Soy Sauce or Bragg's Liquid Amino's

tsp
sea salt

tomato paste

tsp
garlic powder

onion powder

tsp
sage

tsp
rosemary

tsp
basil
Instructions
Blend tofu and water
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well and place into a baking dish
Cover the loaf with BBQ sauce or the following sauce recipe
Mix together: 2 Tbsp ketchup, 1 Tbs Balsamic Vinegar, 1 Tbs maple syrup, 1 Tbs apple butter
Bake covered in 350 oven for 40 minutes. Check to see if done in middle. If too moist bake another 10 minutes.
Notes
Serve with potatoes and gravy.
