apple juice
no apple juice substitute orange juice

medium yams

cinnamon
Pinch
of Nutmeg
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350* while you are washing yams.
Peel yams and cut into bite size chunks.
Mix together apple juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Put Yams into Baking Dish
Pour Apple Juice mixtures over yams and cover.
Cook for about 1 hour, or until tender.
