Ingredients

  • ¾ cup apple juice no apple juice substitute orange juice
  • 2 medium yams
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of Nutmeg

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350* while you are washing yams.
  • Peel yams and cut into bite size chunks.
  • Mix together apple juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  • Put Yams into Baking Dish
  • Pour Apple Juice mixtures over yams and cover.
  • Cook for about 1 hour, or until tender.
