  • 4 large apples cored and diced
  • 1/3 cup raisins or craisins
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar light or dark
  • 3/4 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp allspice

  • Instructions:
  • In Round stoneware, glass,or ceramic baking dish - spread apples evenly across the bottom.
  • Sprinkle craisins/raisins on top of apple pieces.
  • In small bowl, melt the almond butter.
  • In medium bowl, combine brown sugar, oats,flour, cinnamon and allspice.
  • Combine dry ingredients well.
  • Slowly pour in melted almond butter and combine until all dry ingredients are moist.
  • Sprinkle oat mixture on top of apple mix.
  • Cook in Microwave on high on 12 minutes.
  • If no "nut" allergies, sprinkle with chopped pecans before serving.
