4Tilapiaor similar white fish filets
2tbspolive oil
3basil leavesfinely chopped
2tsbp fresh chivesfinely chopped
1-2clovesgarlicfinely chopped
Juice of 1/2 lime
2tspprepared Lemon Pepper seasoning

Directions:
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, chopped basil, chives, garlic, and juice of lime.
Carefully coat the tilapia in the mixture. I basically soak each filet in the bowl for a minute or two.
Sprinkle the lemon pepper seasoning on each side of the filets.
To cook, you have couple options. First, you could grill the filets in an aluminum foil packets. Use low heat and grill 7-10 minutes. If you would rather prepare this on the stove top, use a grill pan (or just a large saute pan) and sear it for 3-5 minutes on each side. Use medium heat.
Serve with fresh, seasonal vegetables or a green salad for a healthful and delicious dinner!
