Ingredients
½cupbrewed coffee
1 ½cupsalmond milk
1tablespoonmolasses
1tablespoonmaple syrup
½teaspooncinnamon
¼teaspoonground ginger
Splash vanilla extract
¼cupcannedfull fat coconut milk
2teaspoonssweetener of your choice
Instructions
In a small saucepan, over medium heat, heat coffee and almond milk, stirring frequently
Add molasses, maple syrup, cinnamon, ginger and vanilla extract and stir to combine
When mixture is hot, pour into blender and pulse a few times to “froth”
Prepare coconut whip by mixing coconut milk and sweetener in a bowl with a whisk or fork
Top latte with coconut whip and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a drizzle of molasses
