Fruit Filling
2applesdiced
3pearsdiced
½cupcranberries
½cupbrown sugar
1tablespooncornstarch
½teaspooncinnamon
1/8teaspoonnutmeg
Crumb Topping
½cupold fashioned oats
½cupbrown sugar
½cupgluten free all-purpose baking flourlike Bob’s Red Mill
¼cupalmonds
¼coconut oilmelted and cooled
2whole cloves
½teaspooncinnamon
¼teaspoonginger
Instructions
Fruit Filling
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, toss fruit with other ingredients. Fill 4 ramekins about ¾ full of fruit filling.
Crumb Topping
In a food processor, blend all dry ingredients until well combined and chopped. Add melted coconut butter and pulse until a crumble starts to form. Add crumb topping on top of fruit filling.
Place ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes.
