Ingredients

Fruit Filling

  • 2 apples diced
  • 3 pears diced
  • ½ cup cranberries
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

Crumb Topping

  • ½ cup old fashioned oats
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup gluten free all-purpose baking flour like Bob’s Red Mill
  • ¼ cup almonds
  • ¼ coconut oil melted and cooled
  • 2 whole cloves
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger

Instructions

Fruit Filling

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, toss fruit with other ingredients. Fill 4 ramekins about ¾ full of fruit filling.

Crumb Topping

  • In a food processor, blend all dry ingredients until well combined and chopped. Add melted coconut butter and pulse until a crumble starts to form. Add crumb topping on top of fruit filling.
  • Place ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes.
