I have a very tasty Grilled Salmon recipe served with Avocado Salsa! YUM. If you had to you could fry the salmon but the recipe is for grilling outside.

Ingredients
2lbssalmoncut into 4 pieces
1Tbspolive oil
1tspsalt
1tspground cumin
1tsppaprika
1tsponion powder
½tspcayenne pepper
1tspblack pepper
For the avocado salsa
1avocadosliced
½small red onionsliced
Juice from 2 limes
1-2Tbspfinely chopped cilantro
Salt to taste
Instructions
Mix the salt, chili powder, cumin, paprika, onion powder, cayenne, and pepper together
Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil and the seasoning mix
Refrigerate at least 30 minutes to marinate.
Pre-heat the grill.
Combine the avocado, onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a bowl and mix well, chill until ready to use.
Grill the salmon to desired doneness, about 5-6 minutes. Top with avocado salsa.
